Course Materials

On average, an individual student at Ohio State will spend around $1,200 per year on textbooks.

ALX can help bridge the affordability gap and improve student learning experiences by reducing, and in some cases eliminating, textbook and classroom materials costs. Through this initiative, Ohio State faculty will transform over 25 courses and save students hundreds of thousands of dollars on course materials by mid-2017.
